We ship with UPS Standard within Germany. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

€5.90 · free from €100. Rice carries a €10.99 surcharge per sack because of its weight.

Chilled and frozen items
For freshness we dispatch these on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only; orders placed before 12:00 on a dispatch day go out the same day. Please make sure the parcel can be received on the delivery day.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Fresh, chilled and frozen food cannot be returned or refunded. If an item is defective or was delivered in error, we will help regardless.
